TRIBUTE TO THIRD MASTERS AWARD CEREMONY

The 37th Elective General Assembly of the Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEİK) and the Award Ceremony for Respect for the Third Masters were held at the Lütfü Kırdar International Congress and Exhibition Hall. The award ceremony held with the participation of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan was attended by Minister of Trade Ömer Bolat, Minister of Industry and Technology Mehmet Fatih Kacır, Minister of Youth and Sports Osman Aşkın Bak, Istanbul Governor Davut Gül, AK Party Istanbul Provincial President Osman Nuri Kabaktepe, DEİK President Nail Olpak, DEİK Board Members, Business Council Presidents and many business people. After the opening speeches, the awards were given to their owners. The first award was given to the late businessman Ahmet Şahap Ünlü. He received the award from his son Mehmet Selahattin Ünlü, Minister of Youth and Sports Osman Aşkın Bak and DEİK President Nail Olpak. The second award was given to the late businessman Ali Osman Ulusoy, while the award was presented to his daughter Hülya Ulusoy by AK Party Vice Chairman and Head of Economic Affairs Nihat Zeybekci and Nail Olpak. The third award was given to the late businessman Şarık Tara, while Tara's award was given to her son Mehmet Tara by the Minister of Industry and Technology Fatih Kacır and Nail Olpak. The last award was given to Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, who served as the former President of DEİK between 2001 and 2014. Hisarcıklıoğlu was presented with his award by Trade Minister Ömer Bolat and Nail Olpak. After the Award Ceremony, President Erdoğan delivered a speech to the participants. THE TURKISH- A VISIT TO THE GOVERNER OF GAZIANTEP BY DEPUTY CHAIRMAN OF TURKISH NORWEGIAN BUSINESS COUNCIL MR. AHMET SAHAP UNLU

Deputy Chairman of Turkish Norwegian business council Mr. Ahmet Sahap Unlu made series of visit to governmental and private sector of Gaziantep. During the visit made the Governerate, the Governer Mr.Ali Yerlikaya and Mr.Ünlü exchanged their wiews about the importance and the positive impacts of Turkish Norwegian business council activities to commercial and social relations between Turkey and Norway....

Mr. Lutfu Elvan the minister of transportation shipping and communication honored the 38 th general assembly meeting of UND where all the Board members for the term of 2015-2017 were elected.

37 th term chairman of the board of UND Mr. Cetin Nuhoglu was reelected . Board members were increased from 22 to 25.

Çetin Nuhoğlu took the chair in UND .

Çetin Nuhoğlu, who participated in the election with a single list where the new chairman of UND would be elected, took the chair in UND again after two periods.

The elective General Assembly meeting of the International Transporters Association where the office transfer would be realized was held. Çetin Nuhoğlu, who participated in the election with a single list where the new chairman of UND would be elected, took the chair in UND again after 2 periods. At the voting, Çetin Nuhoğlu became the chairman of UND in the new period.

The number of participants at the General Assembly meeting of the International Transporters Association held today was 521. 397 of the participants voted for election of their chairman. 388 of participants voted Çetin Nuhoğlu to be their chairman. 6 of votes were considered invalid and 3 votes were blank votes. So, Çetin Nuhoğlu who participated in the election by being a single candidate at the International Transporters Association was elected as the chairman

The 37^th General Assembly of UND witnessed comprehensive activities realized between dates of 18-19^th January, 2013. Activities began on January 18^th 20013 with opening of the “Transporters 2013 Exhibition” where many supplier companies from international transportation and logistics sector attended. It continued with the “Working Groups Summit Conference 2012” where plaques and awards to the presidents and vice-presidents of 20 locations and regional working groups for 2011-2011 period were presented .

The 37^th General Assembly of the International Transporters Association was realized last month with participation of its 521 members. The article in the bylaw of association limiting the office period of a chairman for at last 2 periods was removed by voting. Çetin Nuhoğlu who participated in the election with a single list was elected as the chairman by 388 votes .

THREE NAMES IN GAZİANTEP

To the general assembly organized in İstanbul Yeşilköy WOW Hotel, more than 500 members of the association attended. At the first general assembly meeting held after the general assembly, Çetin Nuhoğlu who had been the chairman of the board of directors between years of 2001-2007 was again elected as the chairman for the new period. At the general assembly meeting held, 5 representatives to be appointed for the High Advisory Council and Board of Directors were elected according to the bylaws of association .

The Final ÇED Report was presented to the views of our public .

It is announced from the Ministry of Environment and Urbanism Sinop Environment and Urbanism Provincial Directorate :

The ÇED report prepared related to the “Limestone Quarry and Breaking-Screening Plant” planned to be realized by Ahmet Şahap ÜNLÜ in , AR: 200809491 and AR: 200809492 license no areas in Sinap province, Ayancık district, Çaylıoğlu village was examined by the examination and assessment commission pursuant to Article 12 of the ÇED Regulation and the said report was accepted as a final report .
